<p>Hi Heyley, I have read your posts on forums about your problem of Form 1100 to DIAC & it just came into my mind to ask you to make sure that you have provided the correct TRN to VIC. Maybe the problem is the TRN number which VIC is sending to DIAC.</p>

<p>I don't know where did you reach with the delay you have because of form 1100. so, does your problem still on?</p>
