What are the ground for getting refunds on PR visa fees? It says on the website that if the application was deemed 'unnecessary' at the time of application then you may be entitled to a refund. I applied for the visa back in Feb when I was depressed (I have bipolar) and had no job, I started a new job in May and I'm loving life in the UK again and dont want to move back to Aus, I could get my psychiatrist to write a letter explaining that the condition played a part in my applying for the visa and that the application was unnecessary.
Just wondering if any has had refunds or knows the rules better than I do???
Any help would be greatly appreciated
