<p><p>Hi Megan, you should be fine for an exemption under the current regs. I've been doing a bit more investigation in that regard and have just updated the thread regarding degassing. I'm basically trying to get automatic exemption from having to have vehicles de-gassed if the owner is importing the vehicle under the personal import scheme.
