<p>I was going to apply for a 143 but instead applied for a 103 so I was not in any queue at that time, I am 18,000+ on this one!!!!. As I understand it if I do go for the 143 in say 2 years time I have to pay the first VAC again but queueing time should count so a CO would be appointed reasonably quickly</p>
