  1. OMG it's a nightmare - I couldn't even find the form to fill out. The form I found is for a company to fill out rather than an individual.
  2. Thank you so much I'm going to go on ATO website straight away! I'll let you know how I go on.
  3. Hi, no I've been back in the UK for 2 1/2 years. My PR visa has expired now. Thank you very much I hope there is some way of getting it back.
  4. Have you any idea how I go about this? I will never want to return to Australia and would happily give up any right to return. Thanks for your help.
  5. Thanks for this. I had a look on immi website but this only applies to temporary visas, unfortunately!
  6. Thank you for your reply. I'd be more than happy to give up the right to live in Australia! My PR visa has expired anyway
  7. My PR visa has expired now but still don't think that's enough - thank you for your reply though
  8. Please will you let me know if you find out? Was she a perm resident? Thank you
  9. Hi there I lived in Oz for 5 years but been back in UK for 2 and half years now. Just wondering if anyone knows any way of getting super back? I was a Perm Resident for 3 years but on 457 Visa for about 2 years before that. I think I know the answer already but just clutching at straws really! I wouldn't mind even losing half of the money because at this rate with fees etc my super wont be worth anything by the time I reach retirement age. I've briefly looked at the route of Financial Hardship as we are overdrawn at the moment but I realise this isn't enough. Has anyone tried going down this route? Could anyone offer any advise or recommend a company I could phone? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much!
