<p>I lived in Birch Grove on Springwater for about 10 years and then moved to Tor Av and then Nabbs Way Greenmount. I love the area and will miss it when I go to Oz! I have a house in Perth and although I have not seen it yet, it has, my daughter tells me, 'potential'. </p>
