To me, an example of a straight forward case is where an employer is already a sponsoring employer, who has recently successfully nominated someone in the same occupation, so therefore there is a good chance that they meet the nominating criteria. This together with a single visa applicant who has worked with the nominating company for two years on a 457 visa, who holds a passport for an English speaking country, I would consider to be a more straightforward case than someone going direct entry scheme with an employer who has never been involved with sponsoring any visa applicants before. The latter case requiring skills assessments etc, would make it a less straightforward case. Anyway, I can see from your signature that you are the MD of a Visa agent, so perhaps you more than most should know the difference between a straightforward case than one less so.

Just to quantify, how long is "super speedy"? I have lodged my visa application today for a 186 Temporary Residence Transition visa, and uploaded police checks and passport. I am going for my medical on Thursday. @OP, if your visa is a straightforward case, all you are really paying for is for someone to read the internet for you, fill in an online application form, and to tell you what you need from a checklist that is readily available. They will probably charge more to get involved in the employers side of the application.

I'm hoping this might be a quick question for someone. I am currently on a 457 as a "Computer Systems Auditor", Now this occupation is not on the CSOL for the Temporary Residence Transition Scheme permanent visa. Can I be nominated for "263211 ICT Quality Assurance Engineer", since it's in the same ANZSCO Minor group? Anyone done this before, or anticipate any complications? Thanks in advance. (Other visa options are not being considered at this stage, as this one will be the quickest and easiest one for me.)
