To me, an example of a straight forward case is where an employer is already a sponsoring employer, who has recently successfully nominated someone in the same occupation, so therefore there is a good chance that they meet the nominating criteria. This together with a single visa applicant who has worked with the nominating company for two years on a 457 visa, who holds a passport for an English speaking country, I would consider to be a more straightforward case than someone going direct entry scheme with an employer who has never been involved with sponsoring any visa applicants before. The latter case requiring skills assessments etc, would make it a less straightforward case.
Anyway, I can see from your signature that you are the MD of a Visa agent, so perhaps you more than most should know the difference between a straightforward case than one less so.
