  1. Finalised by Medical officer so it is complete/end. CO will change it (Form160/26) to met anytime.

By the way, I got my grant yesterday!

Since a long I was followed this thread coz once DIAC que(d) us behind cat-4.

    Cheers

Hi, My online Application Status shows the below status, does this mean my medical is complete or will it be referred. I would like to know if the word "Further" means that its going to be referred ? Also, the document checklist still shows Form 160 and 26 as required.

We feel so relieved thanks to this grant !!:em3600:

Did you guys (those who have been granted) receive any notification letter by post?

We received an email from our CO on 30th, April with 4 attached documents : client service information + grant notification + visa grant notice + visa grant important information.

You are not so far form the end of the processing!

    Cheers

Just an update on my status, I was checking on the application like I always do, when I noticed something different: under the Health Requirements Outstanding, there is a line which says 'email sent to you'. I checked with my migration agent and he said that the request form came in blank, but has asked me to prepare myself for medicals just in case and to book them asap.

Maybe I'm jumping the gun here but does that seem the right thing to do? Thanks all!

P.S. Just scrolled down the forwarded message that my agent sent and I saw the name of my Case Officer from team 7. Really tempted to give him a call now and ask him directly...

  7. someone shared info in other forum

    ******************************

Unpredictable it is. I just came back from my agent who handled my case and I have personally seen 2 MARCH applicants confused.gif who have had COs assigned; as in one has been asked for PCC and Medicals and the other needs to send some documents regarding his dependants.

I initially did not believe her, but when she did show the docs i was twitch.gif

So the entire system is unpredictable.

  8. Guys,

My visa is granted today. So happy. Its party time now.

I wish each and every one who is waiting for their grants and COs ALL THE VERY BEST.

Your turn is not very far.

SHandGH please turn me purple. I really appreciate your efforts for maintaining this thread. Many thanks.

    Regards,

    Vickey.

    Congratulations.

Good start of week (1 Grant, 1 CO)...Hope for more

  9. ah december (PIO) applicant got co on 21/4 at http://www.pomsinoz.com/forum/migration-issues/143465-176-visa-lodged-march-2012-a-56.html

Lets see one more day and another two more days to get (DIAC) updates....

    ''Hi all,

Newbie to the forum here. I started reading this thread after a google search last weekend when a case officer was assigned and requested Meds and AFP Check (21/4). I had been planning to do these next month - I just wasnt expecting to hear from a case officer so soon as I'm not a 176 - I'm a 175 and applied only December 2011. I'm a Team 4-er, and I can only say from what I've read here and also the fact that I have a CO after such a short time (ok so I am biased), that they must be a tremendous team and doing really great work. Is it ok if I join you all on this thread? I'm hoping that now that CO is assigned, there is not going to be much difference in processing time for my 175 as opposed to 176... in which case I may only be a very short time away from grant (or rather pre-grant in my case as I'm in Melbourne). The only things requested by CO were AFP Check and Meds; online status shows everything else as "met" including character/penal clearance (overseas police cert had been previously uploaded). I did the meds on 24/4, and sent my AFP Application by express post 23/4, so I'm really hoping that both come back soon and that I see the medicals go to 'finalised' and the AFP NPC go to 'met'. The early CO assignment really knocked me.. I have heaps of work to do and also 2 exams to prepare for (heaps of reading), but now all I can think about is visa grant and having PR, so now addicted to checking the 'online status' on DIAC to see if medicals received (not yet), reading the updates on this thread to see how everyone else is progressing, checking Qantas for my possible travel dates for a hop to NZ when pre-grant comes (thankfully no visa required for visit to NZ - as on waiver list) and I'll also be checking the postbox every morning for the AFP cert (even though the AFP website says 15 working days).

Not sure whether I'm supposed to be wishing you all to get your grants tomorrow or not - the jinx / reverse-jinx so maybe I can avoid the jinx issue by just saying that I hope all in this thread have an exceptionally great day tomorrow. :)"

  10. Congratulating myself :jiggy::jiggy::jiggy: I am now Purple. Good Luck to everyone!

    Congratulations a lot.

I am sure DAIC gave you grant to make their SERVER Free (status checking.... min 4 times/more in a day!!!!)

Ands it was worthy all of your (who are in waiting room) discuission on a holiday (ANZAC day). Some more grants to come

    have a happy move!

  11. We have recived an email from our CO that says all applicants medicals are now finalised I am awaiting some routine processing that may take up to 4 weeks !! 4 MORE WEEKS in the waiting room you have to be kidding me. Has anyone else had this message. We are family sponsored .

    Congrats.

Not but one kind of Pre-Grant. 4 weeks are not that much long though.

  12. Application being further processed! As at 10th April so I am guessing I can be coloured purple? All documents still showing as required and still no e:mail from Case Officer requesting anything further. Got medicals booked for next Tuesday and waiting on PCC to return. Might start looking for a job and clear the attic! Good to see another Occupational Therapist on the list (Leah 31)...hope there are plenty of jobs to go around!

plan for another vacation after submiting med/fed and you will get your grant once return. Congrats

  13. I will not surprise if you get CO last day of this month........ !excessive expectation!

Probable movement of allocation dates for category 4

    applicants....

    On 30 march 2012 --- Priority Group 4 -- 9

August 2011.. 1 month and 15 Days processed

    ON 12 April 2012 --- Priority Group 4--- 15 October 2011.. 2 months and 6 days processed

    On 26

    April 2012 -----Priority Group 4 --- 30 November 2011...1 month and 15 days

    processed..

    On 10 May 2012 ---- Priority Group 4 ---- 1 January 2012 ....

    1 month.....

    On 24 May 2012 ---- Priority Group 4 ---- 15 February 2012..

    1 month 15 days...

    On 7 June 2012 ----- Priority Group 4 --- 15 April

2012.... 2 months...So according to my table category 5 offshore might

get started in June or July 2012...

But if they keep the speed of 2

months processing every fortnight, then they can start processing cateogry 5

offshore in end May or first week of June 2012....

    Fingers crossed.
