Hi All Oh dear was just about to post asking for advice on gaining an Aussie Trade Certificate for Hubby he is a Mechanical/Pipe Fitter works on chemical sites, we have PR visa and are just about to put our house on the market, gutted as have like everyone else we have put everything into moving out to Perth with our 4 children, very worrying giving up our jobs home etc.

Dose anyone know what the job opportunites are like at the moment for a Mechanical/Pipe Fitter either in the mines or in Perth, I already have a visa which we validated last year, is it worth applying for jobs while still in the Uk? , I would be able to start straight away, Also would it be better to try and gain a Diesel Fitter qualifications ( if time allows) before leaving? Any Help advice would be greatly appreciated.
