Is there anyway they can all enter Australia on a temporary Defacto Visa or prospective marriage visa. Or will all processing have to be offshore She was granted perm res in march 2011 and entered Australia June 2011 and stayed for a year the not enter after date is March 2016 Thanks for any help

My Daughter Katy 23 came to Australia on my 176 Visa in 2011 stayed for a year and returned to the UK she has met a guy had a baby now 6 months old and wants to return. Her partner and baby are both Brits no Visas. What will she need to do?? She still has 176 Visa stamp on her passport
