  1. Hi All we are breaking the lease of our lovely house in Monterey Keys, Helensvale. We had a nightmare finding a nice house when w got here so thought putting on here might help someone out. its a 4 bed, lounge, rumpus, ensuite, lovely outdoor pool, we were permitted our 2 pet Labradors. Rent is $560 a week. Pm me for further information or pictures. Cheers Mivhelle

  3. Hieveryone as title says we are moving from Adelaide to Gold Coast in mid January after being here 2.5 years. Althought I'm looking forward to the move I'm really apprehensive about starting AGAIN - having to find new schools and friends etc. i think we are going be In the southern suburbs and would REALLY appreciate advice on schools in anyone has any. I really like the look of Mudgeeraba primary - if anyone has anything negative to say about it I would be really interested to hear. It's really important n for me that I find the right chill first time as my daughter will be going into year 3 and this will be her 4th primary school!!! if anyone else is moving into the area - would love to hear from you. We are in our late 30's with two girls aged 6 and 8. Husbands job is in Arundel. hope to hear from people. Cheers & merry Christmas :xmas20: michelle ps - sorry for all typos I'm using new ipad and just can't get used to it lol

  5. Hi all we have been in Adelaide for 2 years and my husband has been offered a job on the Gold Coast so we may be moving in January ( aghhh!) currently having a panic deciding what to do ( can I really start all over again?) Anyway I'm interested in the above schools but when I've searched all I can find I'd people's comments that these are good schools. Does anyone have kids that actually go t these schools that can tell me the god and bad points. I've noticed that Robina and helensvale have both had new principals in the last couple of months - any views on there's changes? Im very keen on mudgeebara at the moment - it looks great on paper but have seen a couple of negative comments but with no explanations. Ive looked up all the Naplan results and the one that I don't understand is helensvale - results aren't that good but people say its a good school - is there a reason for low results ( eg large number of speciál needs kids or non English speaking). my youngest who is turning 6 has special needs sowould especially like to hear from anyone with experience of special needs in these schools. any help/ advice greatly received as we have to make a decision over the weekend ( no pressure then lol). sorry if this message is garbled, my head is going 10 to the dozen!:chatterbox: Cheers. Michelle
