Me, my wife and our 3 year old daughter have just moved from Essex in the UK to Bundoora and are enjoying it so far. We have been here for 6 weeks and I haven't built up the courage to play a round of golf on my own yet. When I do, are there any course's that people recommend that alow non members at the weekend? Would love to here peoples opinions.

As an average, how much would a bank lend me for a mortage, earning 60,000 a year.

In the uk it works out about 4x your annual wage.

Can anyone help me.

I am moving to victoria as soon as my house sells in the uk (hopefully in the next 3 months) and was wondering if anybody knows where I will find the most work as an electrician (mainly hospitals, schools, office blocks and domestic work) so I can decide on an area to move to.
