Hi I need to lose around 25kgs. Any recommendations on a diet to follow? thinking of 'lite n easy'? I know how to diet but I need a plan to keep me focused. Group meetings are no good for me. any suggestions welcomed.. (Constructive please!) many thanks laura.

Found a free tv on gumtree to use until my gets here i got a a washing machine and a fridge freezer from a place on the parramata highway at leichart haggled and free delivery

Thanks guys going to have a look at a few places tomoz. i bought a ute today from prestons and saw a few places on the way.on the way home found a retail park full of furniture shops and bought a queen size bed plus got the ute so can t collect straight away

Hi we have just paid the deposit on a house to rent in concord west sydney and get the keys monday where are good places to buy white goods from? Fridge freezer , washing machine etc. seen a fridge in ikea but havnt really seen many places

Hi we are moving to sydney next month and just thought id ask if anyone has any recomendations for good companys to work for there? we have freinds living in annandale so thinking of looking to rent in that area. ive been asked to contact a company in cambeltown who might have jobs but not sure if it would be too far to travel? Any advice would be great

HI due to ship our stuff in 2 weeks & stressing what to take! We are not taking furniture as need new anyway, but my questions are; will my bedding/duvets fit the bed I buy in Oz? We have a King in UK. will I be allowd to ship loads of toiletries? Ie creams/lotions/toothpaste. I have read many posts but get different answers! thanks for taking the time to respond ?
