<p>Hi Carl, nice to have you back! Thank goodness you have now sold your house! I bet you are very excited to be getting ready to go back out there.</p>

<p>Nothing happening for us... still in the same position as last time! We still are not ready to go yet, so thats not so bad... Garys work has gone really slow again over here, so on Tuesday he is off back to the UK to work at Wimbledon Tennis club for 9 weeks, so that is causing us a delay on getting the house finished!</p>

<p>I am not looking forward to being left here without him for so long but needs must!</p>
