Hi Just wondering if I were granted a 155 RRV visa would cover my wife and 3 children the oldest who is 17. My permanent residency 176 visa has expired which covered all of us on a single visa. My question is would we all have to apply seperately. Thanks in advance for any advice Regards Andy

Hi My permanent residency visa expired in September 2014. I then applied for a Residents Return Visa for a year which was refused because I could not show any ties with Australia and had not lived there for more than 2 years of the last five. I have been back in the UK now for over 3 years but family and I were wishing to return. Can anyone tell me if I can re apply at any point for a RRV? If not is there any other visa that I could apply for? I still have good contacts in Australia who would happily offer me a job and also we have family residing there. Any advice would be great. Thanks

<p>Help please! I sent off my application for our 175 visa on November 2008. My interpretation was that i was not to fill in any health check forms or police checks until indicated to do so by the department. I have read through some of the threads and people are saying that they had their medicals done the month after applying. Should i apply for medicals now or organise police checks? Or do i wait until a case officer tells me so?</p>
