<p>v stressed! feel sick at mo - its all starting to feel VERY real! have had a 2nd viewing on house so am hopeful (they were V enthusiastic, he is looking at HIPS today/2mrrw & I took them on little walk to show them the meadow behind etc & they were impressed) so fingers crossed for an offer (just hope its a good-un!)</p>

<p>Sun 17th? yes should be around - will you all come? Otherwise Hans may not see Billy again before he goes otherwise? txt/ring me a time</p>
