<p>hi, the property is unit 9 , 1 Lowry Street, Peregian Beach ,qld 4573. you can view it on the agents web site if you go to <a href="http://www.ljhooker.com.au/peregianbeach" rel="external nofollow">www.ljhooker.com.au/peregianbeach</a> and look in thier rental properties. The house has two bedrooms both have double beds, but the second bedroom also has a bunk type bed so the kids wouldn't have to share, you would advised to bring your own linen, you will only need sheets. there is a washing machine+ dryer , pool , garage, lounge and dining room and absolutely everything you need plus its only 100yds to the beach. we have been here 3 weeks and love it . it is very modern and centrally located for the sunny coast. It will be available from the 6th of Feb when we move out. also if you want to rent it for a few weeks you can negotiate on the price with the agent and landlord. We managed to get quite a good reduction. If you let us know when you are coming we will be happy to help you out.</p>
