<p>Hi check my last posts on the thread. Having had reply from teh shippers...yes it was John Mason Liverpool. They advise me that the packers are as honest as the dau is lond and suggest that Aussie customs may have removed boxes. I know that they will never admit the packers took anything even if they were caught red handed...it makes them sueable!</p>

<p>Other post suggest that missing items is common and across all the shippers.</p>

<p>All I can suggest is that when your stuff gets to you, make KENT staff open and identify the contents - anything missing record it on theior notes.</p>

<p>We were too trusting and will lose everything because they will askfor reciepts....</p>
