<p>Hey please can you help me. I am currebtly in Australia on a 457 visa - i am a podiatrist so hold a good profession. However, I have just applied for a 176 visa and recieved a police caution in 2003 for streaking as a student - it came back on my police check - however i clicked that i had no convictions on my police check - but it came back with that on it. I ticked the no box but explained about my caution - i also had a fixed penallty notice in 2009 for being drunk and disorderly - this was out of character and just had to pay a fine. Again this was not a criminal conviction. I never mentioned this when i applied for the 457 visa - is this likely to affect me. I saw your details on a post with reagrds to cautions.</p>
