<p>YEP, i know what she means though. But what i dont get is why the agents seem so afraid of the Case Officers. I have spent the last three weeks trying to get my agent to question why they needed so many different docs from me, yet other Ex Military did need half the stuff. If the Case Officers are working differently to their peers, with some been OTT then surly there must be a method of raising any concerns, no one is above the law or company rules. Not once did they contact them, all they kept telling me was to try and get the forms.....WHAT BLOODY FORMS???? still, hope this letter works, the RN Cell were really good, i sent them a nice, grooveling email Thursday, dont know if this was it or they are just the same with everyone, but if her letter works she will be getting a nice bunch of flowers in the post from us.</p>
