Please help!
I sponsored my husband for his spouse visa in 2007 which was granted in November 2007. But due to the recession hitting our house value plummeted and to cut a long story short we decided it was not the time to go to Aus. My husbands visa was not validated as required within a year of issue and has now expired under the five year entry as well. We are now about to apply again and I have hit a wall already with the sponsor form 40SP
My question is this: Q28 asks if I have sponsored/nominated someone before. I have, but only my husband (the one who I am applying for again). It later asks how the relationship ended (it obviously hasn't) and this makes me think I am meant to answer no.
I would really appreciate any help or advice you can give me in regards to this as it is stressing me out already.
