boomerang Posted March 15, 2012 Share Posted March 15, 2012 Does anyone know if you transfer your personal pension contribution pension in the UK to Superfund in OZ whether you can access any of the funds? Guest Guest31881 Posted March 15, 2012 Share Posted March 15, 2012 I believe that once you transfer a pension over then you cannot touch the superfund until retirement or you meet certain age or illness conditions. Also if you move your fund to Australia and the decide you cannot settle here and want to move back to the UK, you money will stay in the Australian fund, I do not think you can move it back.
