GAANAAA
Dear Seniors, I have rather unusual case and I need your urgent help for this one, I've recently got my invite and about to make an 189 visa application. I'm planning to front-load everything this time over. I have got everything ready except for the medical check,. Actually, I have done the medical check in 2014. ( for my previously applied visa which was unsuccessful) Unfortunately, 12 months period is over and I guess I have to do it again for this visa application again, I have listed my child as a "non-migrating dependent" on my visa application. ( in the previous application as well) My question is the medical exam validity period for a "non-migrating dependent" is 12 months? Or as he is a "non-migrating dependent" so the 12 months period doesn't apply to his medical check? Please help , thank you
wrussell
My question is the medical exam validity period for a "non-migrating dependent" is 12 months? Yes. Better luck this time. Case officers do not as a rule publish all their reasons for a visa refusal, only those relied upon. Some people are quite put out when they deal with a reason for refusal and find themselves refused again for a different reason.
