Hi - I m damilo , new to this forum. I've applied for ACT SS on 10-dec , rcv acknowledgement on 13-dec , still waiting CO to be allocate ? 8th week in procees !!!! i m getting impatient !!!!

What about Group B?...ACS had put me in ACS PIM 3 group B (261312 Developer Programmer)..I had done One Year Diploma in Computer Science and 6 months Oracle 8 Diploma Back in 1996,2000..I am working as Sr. Developer Programmer in a company since january 2002. I completed my BS Compuer Science in Dec 2005 and my MS Software Engineering in 2010. Will DIAC Considers my Experience Prior to my BS degree..How many points will i get for my Qualifcation and for my Experience? Please pardon me for posting in this thread as I know that this thread is for 189 visa applicants..

Then you have to wait a little longer because your Security checks had started when a CO has been assigned and for HR Applicants like you and me, It is taking 12-15 months for the security checks to be completed.. InshaAllah you will get your medical call within 1-2 months.

I am too frustrated with their handling of HR Countries. I am from an HR Country but their handling of all HR countries are not same. Most of people from other HR countries got visa within 1-3 months of lodgement but I applied in March and still waiting because of Lengthy Security Checks.

As far as I Know, the Letter from Natural Justice is not a good sign. I read few people have got the same Natural Justice Letter as yours but only one of them got the grant and it delayed his case by one more year. Hoping you'll get a favourable response.. One more thing...Did You front loaded the medical or CO asked for Medical?.

my case is going through External character checks .. As for points test advice, if it is optional then why sangeeth had to submit it after completing the medical.

first of all congrats for getting the grant.. Looking at your timeline, what is "Vetassess Points test advice requested and Lodged 8th May 2012".. what is this points test advice and why you had to request this points test advice.

Dear All, I have a question regarding Employment Verification Process. My Application is in security checks as told by CO. I assume that security checks also includes Employment / Qualifications verifications. The question is: 1. Who they ask for verification. Would it be the person who signed my Employment Experience Letter (In my case it was Admin/HR Manager)?. I am afraid if they would verify it from someone else who doesn't know the exact job responsibilities of mine( for e.g my company is a big company and my company's owner doesn't necessarily knows my exact responsibilities) then it would be a problem for me.
