Hi, I applied EOI as when the NSW opened the quota for PR. Can some one please let me know what are the currently timelines for the approval of EOI? Another question related to EOI, when I filed my EOI in Feb, I've exactly 60 points, by mid-june I'll be losing crossing 32 and hence I may not get 5 points. Will it impact EOI, if it is not approved by June? Also, I'm in the process of writing PTE, as I've applied to take it before I file my EOI, getting a score b/w 65-72 I may get 10 points, Is there a possibility to update the EOI? Dear Experts, I've the below problems Problem1: The ACS accounted experience from Sep 2006, to now, which Is 99 months(until nov'14). I should be getting 15 points. BUT I've 10 months of AU experience in between, which my agent says that, DIBP when granting the visa will raise it as issue and will not consider this experience for 15 points, I'll get only 10 points instead of 15 points(considering 89 months). What will happen to my 10 months of AU exp Is it of no use? I've exactly 60 points, if I consider 15 points for exp. My IELTS scores are 8.5/8.0/6.5/7.0 , where I'm getting 0 points. Age: 32 until 2nd June'15. - 30 points Education: bachelor degree - 15 points Problem2: In case I've to wait for 96 months(which I'll be getting by July'15), After May 2015, I'll be entering into 33, where in I'll lose 5 points for my age. Hence I'll have 25 for age, 15 for exp, 15 for degree, total 55. hence it becomes compulsory for me to get band 7777. I highly appreciate your response on this? Thanks Hemalli
