In the "ENGLISH LANGUAGE TEST RESULT" section there is no place to identify the Test name ( i.e. PTE, IELTS,...). Shall I just write my scores? 2. In the "SKILLED EMPLOYMENT (for which you are claiming points)" there is just 1 raw to put details of work experience. What if there are more than 1 work episodes? (I have 5) 3. Shall I write anything on the last page of the form? I mean even my name and occupation, as it says "office use only". Thanks in advance!
