Babs2012 Posted October 19, 2018 Share Posted October 19, 2018 Hi, after advise, I have been working for my employer 16 months since I got my PR on the 187. I have been with the company over 5 years and was moved to another site 10 months ago. My contract hasn’t been adhered to and my boss is making it very hard for me to earn what I was earning so my family and I have taken a huge reduction in pay which is now putting financial stress on us. He refuses holiday when I try to take it too. I have been offered another job not within the company, will this affect my visa and lead it to be cancelled or do I have a case for this? Has anyone else been through this? Above is the short version of events but the main of what is happening. I just don’t know which way to turn!!!
