debgav Posted February 6, 2018 Share Posted February 6, 2018 Iv lived in Queensland for 14 months , I have PR. I returned to UK March 2017 as my marriage broke down. I am now returning the end of this month (Feb 2018) to go back alone. However, both my daughters in UK have announced they are pregnant, so I am still going but will return in August for the birth. I will have had my PR 5 years next year, I really wanted citizenship but that looks unlikely now, what are my rights to return back to OZ to Work once PR ends? Can I apply again for it?
