I got my MSc in Advanced Software Engineering in this year(2017) but I don't have a bachelors degree. As per the ACS criteria I have my MSc closely related to my prior experience and its ICT major. Am I eligible to apply for Australia skill migration? Can I score 15 points for my working experience(though it is before the qualification)? Do I have to go through the RPL?
