harrystyles Posted July 21, 2017 Share Posted July 21, 2017 Looking at booking a flight for a relative with Etihad The economy flex ticket shows a baggage allowance of 1 piece 23kg. The person travelling is older and prefers to take 2 smaller cases for ease of lifting and such. Does anyone have any experience of using Etihad and how strict there policy is on this? 23kg is plenty so this is not about getting extra allowance. I did try using the etihad help on Facebook but got 2 messages back 1 stating yes the other stating no and when i tried to clarify they haven't got back to me!!! hmmm great customer service there then!
