Dippenhall
Hi, We (me, wife and two children) moved here a few months ago on 457 visa. Eldest child went back in September to resume his study. The plan is for him to complete GCSE before coming back to Aus to join us. We are now at a stage where we are considering to become PR under 189/190 instead of waiting two years before the employer could sponsor us. The question is, can we apply if one of the dependents is not in Australia when the rest of the family including main applicant are here? Should we inform IMMI that not all of us are here? Thanks! Lizzie Fitzpatrick
Hi Dippenhall, It is possible to apply for a 189/190 onshore and include dependent applicants who are offshore in the application.
