Two inner Sydney venues are about to expand, and we need a new addition to the team to assist the Marketing and Events department. The role is to contribute to work with the marketing team in all areas of promotions. This includes the development and generation of new ideas and events, assisting the Marketing Manager in all facets of promotions and helping to maintain a high standard of venue presentation at all times. This is a creative and fun opportunity with great potential for growth and career development. Essential skills: Excellent Microsoft Office Skills Advanced Adobe Creative Suite Skills Outstanding written and communication skills The following will be highly regarded: Experience in Social Media and online communication Photography skills Event/Function management experience Study or work experience in marketing, communications or graphic design A passion for good food and craft beer will be an added bonus! Personal attributes: The ability to think creatively to solve problems on the go High level of organisation and communication skills Ability to work independently as required A strong work ethic, with a willingness to jump in and help out whenever you can As a new role, it is flexible depending on the candidate with possibility to be either a 3 or 5 day per week role.
