This is a busy cocktail bar so you will need to be able to produce quality cocktails fast and efficiently. A vibrant personality, high energy, good personal presentation and excellent communication skills are a must. You will need to be able to create seasonal cocktail menus; employ, roster and train staff; carry out ordering, rotation and general stock management;cash off; manage the floor during busy shifts; open and close the venue.
