silverchair Posted July 1, 2015 Share Posted July 1, 2015 When you log into your immi account, you have to go to the page where you would upload your documents. Under each applicant's name, you'll find a button which says 'get health details'. You click that and you'll have to answer some questions on your health and submit, and then you'll be redirected to the emedical request letter which will have the hap ID on it. JonSmile Posted July 1, 2015 Share Posted July 1, 2015 If you get that far and do not get the letter to print you may need to set your browser to allow pop ups. I had my browser set to stop all pop ups and could not get the all important letter. However it turns out I did not need the letter when I got to the medical centre!
