My sons father is not coming with us and have had verbally give his permission for us to take him. I have form 1229, which I believe needs to be witnessed and certified by a solicitor... but what else do I need???? My sons father does not have a passport, nor a driving license is the form 1229 and a stat declaration sufficient???? and we are on a bit of a time limit (need everything sent off before 23rd march) For some reason it is proving highly difficult to get a straight answer off anyone.
