chrisk1700 Posted February 6, 2015 Share Posted February 6, 2015 hi all quick one, my, or should i say all agents are closed on a saturday, im in sydney and have booked literally a last minute flight to canada to see a friend. im on a 457 but am in the midst of transferring it over from employer to employer. am i allowed to leave the country and return under the 90 days?i think i am just want to check? Do you have a Case Officer or processing team for the transfer? If so, it would be a good idea to advise them (or your RMA if you have one) of your travel plans.
