Ozmaniac Posted June 28, 2014 Share Posted June 28, 2014 If you hold a permanent visa, you hold it in your own right even if you were originally a secondary applicant or to put it another way... once a permanent visa is granted to an individual, it is no longer tied in any way to any other applicant.
