StevelandWonder
We moved to Sydney in may last year, I have just realised that I have not submitted a P85 form, but I have also realised that I have lost my P45 in the move. Is there anything I can do. I still have a property in the uk which we rent out so i I need to submit self assessment, is this my only option to wait to get my tax back? If you are already required to complete a self assessment tax return then the P85 should not be submitted. A P85 is not necessary and HMRC will not action it.
