In your case, you have 65 pts, hence you have a high priority over someone with 60 pts, irrespective of the date at which he submitted his EOI. Are you occupation 263311 or 263312? May be they are giving out invitations to one specific ocupation, just a wild guess. Have you discussed this with your agent?
