Yes! Every piece of evidence and more uploaded to her visa application

Hey,

Is anyone in the same position...my mother applied for the visitor visa and extended one last October...we are still waiting for a reply. I have have friends here in Queensland who's families have already travelled out here, their visa took less than 2 weeks to be approved. We have sent a complaint letter 2 weeks ago...nothing. Is there something I can do, she has given every single piece of evidence, triple vaccinated etc etc...what can I do?? I'm so desperate to see my mother again. Please help, TIA, Kirsty
