did you get AFP AND MEDICAL  request in your immi account?

i checked my immi account after getting my decision remit back to DHA it showing further assessment .

i called my Migration Agent he told me he didn't get any  update on my file after the AAT made the decision on my nomination. 

i don't have access of my nomination immi account . So i am wondering how case officer contacted you regarding s56 request.

I am not about to answer your query but just refer to your case... What was the refusal reasons? And how long did AAT take to invite you for hearing after your case had been opened?

 

Mine was applied in June/2017 and got refused in Feb/2019 as Cafe Manager in WA. It seems our case was 6 months ahead from me...accordingly, i assume my case would possibly be opened next month or so. It is just kinda planning ahead for it.

I hope your PR will be granted very soon.

Reason of the refusal : not a genuine position.

they opened my file in mid of february 2021 and i submitted my documents in march .after they send a invitation of hearing in june 2021
