Hello Everyone

just wanted to get sone insight on 888A visa. Does home affairs dept. give any kind of priority to applicants from regional area?? and also in regards to immi account, the status says received since last 19 months, does that mean file hasn’t even opened yet or how does that work? 
 

i looked up some data and looks like immigration tends to process quite a few 888 visas in November ever year, do you believe this to be a possibility?
