Number of applicants: 3
Onshore / NSW
Visa and Nomination applied:  26/06/2020
All relevant documents and health exam provided
Nomination approved: 29/05/2021
IMMI Status: Initial Assessment - Request Police Check - 29/05/2021
Police Check Submitted: 29/07/2021
IMMI Status: Further Assessment - 04/08/2021
1st Complaint: 19/08/2021
IMMI Status: Finalised - 23/08/2021

Hi just got a response of 1st complaint, here is the last paragraph of the reply:

"We have now closed this case. However, we have referred your feedback to the relevant business area. While no further response has been requested, business areas may exercise their discretion and provide additional comment." 

Is it a general reply? Is there anyone receive the same reply like me then got visa granted soon?

I am not the main applicant. I did few times of submitting Notification of incorrect answer(s) about myself after I receive S56. Do you think if it will affect granting the PR?

I saw few of you have recently got visa granted very quickly after S56 request. My S56 request was filling Form 80 and my police check and delivered on 26 July 21. We are still waiting for the response.

I don’t understand why there is no communication after jan 2020. 
A week ago I have updated all the latest documents including AFP, BAS, Tax return though no one ask for it . 
my lawyer wrote many times but no reply.

In FB also I have seen there are few ppl waiting from 2019. 
 

Any expert  in this forum know why department is choosing random applications for decisions.

 

I know that feel friend when I see applicants here from offshore and applied after me has already granted PR, I was so disappointed. Seems your application has already exceeded the time frame, have you email IMMI yet?

Luckily yes, application submitted in June 2020, medical did in Sep 2020

was about to send an email to ask about processing time, just received an update over the weekend. 

Nomination Approved and Requesting my wife police check and should be all good!

I had to lodge a few complaints 2 weeks ago and got the decision last week . 
Maybe try to lodge a complaint it might help
