They updated the IMMI website in Feb 2021 and it now still says that for Last Remaining relative the visa processing is still only up to queue date August 2011.
Hi Jazs, is your brother on 835 or 115?
According to parents visa, it will take few month after AOS.

I don't think its gonna have any impact soon tbh.
The new budget bring skill stream back to 70%. This government just don't care about family visa whatsoever.
