Hi, how did you applied for your virtual or urgent citizenship ceremony? I called them and they said for me to email to Virtual.Ceremony@homeaffairs.gov.au but I got a reply that that mailbox is no longer in operation. Thank you and hope to hear from you soon.

Ceremony invitations: today 14/04/2021 for ceremony on 18/05/2021

I have tried to send an email to Victoria's virtual ceremony after my wife's approval, but didn't receive any response at all...
