So to sum up my application for the 820 me and my partner had been together 3 years although only live together for 2 1/4 of those years. We applied for the 820/801 which was granted just short of 2 years from the application.
Now after receiving my 820 I got an email the next day saying that I was now eligible for the 801 and it looks like there is a new application for me to fill in on immi. Do you think the 801 should of been automatically granted? And is there any department I can call to try push for automatic 801.

I've only just realised that I failed to put a step sister on my 801 application during the part about family. Is the best way to rectify this using the incorrect answer form?

I am currently in the process of applying for my 820 visa and have been asked by my CO for a stat dec regarding something that has come up during my UK police check. The offence in question only resulted in a warning and I was under 18 when it happened. Did this need to be declared on my application? I don't think it falls under the being a conviction however I am not sure how to move forward apart from giving a full written explanation. I have tried contacting a few agents here in Perth but no one seems to want to help me as they are too busy. Any advice would be welcomes thank you.
My 820 visa automatically turned to an 801 is this normal?

Basically we applied for 820/801 got it granted after nearly 2 years. 1 month later I got the invitation to apply for the 801 which I had begun however I received another grant a week or so later for the 801 visa.
I have the evidence of that 801 visa in both my emails and my Immi account however when I try type it it on VEVO it doesn’t come up?
