I got 186DE may 2019 and I am still with the same employer . Now I am getting a good career opportunity to move on . But I heard there is a requirement to stay for 2 year with the same employer once visa is granted . But in many threads , it takes s stated that it is not a obligation .
Is there anyone in the group who has encountered the same situation and advise me accordingly.
