there is online form to write to minister in IMMI website ，does it help if I write my situation via this form?

usually, how many weeks needed for exemption to come out?

I've submitted his travel exemption three weeks ago. but , It's no any reply yet. It's strange, looks like noting has been processed.

Hi, I'll have a caesarean birth in the earlier Aug. My husband temporary VISA 600  has been submitted about 3 months.

but it's no any progress and news. Is there any way to talk to immigration about my husband VISA ?
