My immigration lawyer made me get one before I applied for the Visa which was annoying as it took nearly three months to come, it was just a provisional Plumbing tradespersons certificate licence

Yes and I’m not sure if my immigration lawyer provided it in the first place.

bu I think they will still ask you to show there is still a genuine need to see if covid has effected the business

Hi looking for some advice on my 186 direct entry visa, home affairs requested more information about my nomination, they asked for evidence of a genuine need, Ive provided that, does anyone know how long it may take for them to approve the nomination and process the visa application:
