I ask coz in your post on Jul 24th, you mentioned "Got sponsorship approval as well as permission to apply onshore  within 3 hours" - didn't see any mention of 8503 waiver explicitly hence the query.

Lastly, were you asked for the international PCC (for yourself as sponsor)? If yes, will appreciate any note on how you got the same from Aus and the time it took.

I waived no further condition first then apply sponsorship application .

2nd thing , i live in Australia more than 12 years so I didn’t need international pcc .. 

My mother s Indian pcc took 6 week

Yes rajat, as well attach approval of no further condition. And I got sponsorship approval same day..make sure you attach all required documents.

Also I chose 870 because it suits my parents circumstances.

Hi rajat, 

First apply for waive no further condition. Just attach request letter that you worried if your parents travel in this COVID time ..definitely they will waive..I got my mother s 870 visa onshore visa. She was on tourist visa with no further..no issue

In how many weeks did you get indian pcc? I applied my mother s pcc 2 week before..still under assessment..

I attached tax summary but same day case officer called me for ato tax assessment . I didn’t have 2020 that day . Case officer was very nice , he asked me to provide 2019 .. but in 2019 my income was less than 50 percent. He gave me 28 days to provide documents.. after 3 days when I got my 2020 ato tax assessment.. I lodged another sponsorship application with all documents.. withdraw previous application.. got approved within 3 hours.. I was in hurry as my mother s tourist visa was expiring in 2 days.. same day lodged visa application and now got bva.. my suggestion is lodge application with all documents..

Hi dsingh.. I attached 2020 income tax assessment from Ato..I confirmed over the phone with immigration..I know when uploading documents system asked 2019 .. u can upload 2020

Yah ..I m waiting notice of tax assessment.my mother a tourist visa expiring on 25th July..fingers crossed..may get sponsorship approved and lodge visa application..I m in Australia from last 12 years..do I need Indian pcc ?  Already got au pcc.

There's no BV after the request for sponsor approval is submitted.   A BV should be available after the visa application has been lodged, if approval is given for an onshore application.

As an aside the sponsorship application included a request for the visa applicant to apply for the 870 visa onshore as she's here on a visitor visa - "normally" 870 visa applicants have to be offshore at the time the visa application is lodged.   That was approved as well, with a BVA granted to allow the applicant to remain in Australia while awaiting visa grant.
